Meal 1: 40 grams of ISOLYZE and 1 tablspoon of all natural peanutbutter, 1 pill LIPOLYZE 1 scoop FIBERLYZE

Meal 2: 2 whole omega-3 eggs with 6 extra whites, 1 pill LIPOLYZE and 5 pills ARTHROLYZEand 3 OMEGALYZE

Meal 3: 4 oz Chicken Breast, and 1 cup asparagus

Meal 4: 40g ISOLYZE and 1 tbsp. Peanut butter, 1 pill LIPOLYZE

Meal 5: 5 oz. Chicken Breast and 1/4 cup almonds, 3 OMEGALYZE, and 5 pills ARTHROLYZE, and 1 pill LIPOLYZE

Meal 6: 40 grams ISOLYZE and 1 scoop FIBERLYZE 3 capsules of SOMALYZE
