Curent Diet (pre-contest):

MEAL ONE:   2/3 cup of oats, 1 SCOOP ISOLYZE

MEAL TWO:   6 oz of chicken and 10 almonds   

MEAL THREE:  1 SCOOP ISOLYZE, 1 TBSP FLAX, 1 THERMO

TRAIN

MEAL FOUR:   6 oz of chicken, turkey or lean red meat, 6oz yam, 8 asparagus spears

MEAL FIVE:   1 cup of yogurt with 1 cup of fruit added to it

CARDIO: 20 minute stepmill 5x/week

MEAL SIX: 2/3 cup of oats with 6 egg whites

MEAL SEVEN:  6 oz of flank steak, 1 cup of green beans, sugar snap peas, or broccoli

TRAINING SPLIT:

Monday:  Legs
Tuesday:  Shoulders
Wednesday:  OFF
Thursday:  Back
Friday:  Arms
Saturday:  Chest/leg-shaping/abs
Sunday:  OFF
