Meal 1: 3 eggs,3 egg whites ½ small carton of egg beaters, 11/2 cups oatmeal with honey
Meal 2: 1 can tuna, 1 cup oatmeal,small apple
Meal 3: 8OZ chicken or steak, 8oz sweet potato or brown rice, green veg
Meal 4: 1 can tuna, 1 cup oatmeal
Pre-Workout: ISOLYZE with 1.5 scoops CARBOLYZE (60g carbs)
Train (15 minutes after meal)
Post-Workout: 3 or 4 scoops ISOLYZE with 1.5 scoops CARBOLYZE
Meal 5: usually chicken,steak, or salmon,with either or sweet,reg potatoesor brown rice, green veg
Meal 6: 3 or 4 scoops ISOLYZE ,buckwheat,oatmeal,peanut butter,almonds
• My Low GI Carb Sources: Oatmeal, Beans, Sweet potatoes, Brown Rice, Buckwheat etc.
• My Low Fat Protein Sources: Eggs, Egg Whites,Egg Beaters, Chicken, Turkey, Canned Tuna, Lean Fish,

• My Healthy Fat Sources: Olive Oil, Raw Nuts, Peanut Butter, Flax seed etc.
