MEAL 1:
            6 whole Omega-3 eggs with ½ cup of grits

MEAL 2:
            Meal Replacement shake, 2 rice cakes, 3 tbsp Natural PB 


MEAL 3:
            ½ pound (8oz) of chicken, with ½ cup nuts, with 1/2 yam 

MEAL 4: 
 Meal Replacemnt shake, 3 tbsp Natural PB

MEAL 5:(post workout) 2 tbsp Whey Protein with water

MEAL 6:
            ½ pound (8oz) of red meat, with a mixed salad with 2 tablespoon of olive oil (or mac nut oil) and vinegar

MEAL 7:  Same as meal 3 or 4


TRAINING SPLIT:

         DAY 1:  Chest

            DAY 2:  Back, Abs

            DAY 3: Off

            DAY 4: Shoulders, hamstrings

            DAY 5: Bis, tris, calves

            DAY 6: Quads, abs

            DAY 7: Off/Cheat Meal (Last meal of day)
