CURRENT DIET:
Meal 1 6 egg whites, oatmeal mixed with 1 scoop protein powder
Meal 2 Tuna (2 cans – plain)
Meal 3 Turkey or chicken (w/ sliced tomato & green onions)
Meal 4 Chicken with either pasta or broccoli
Meal 5 small turkey sandwich (1 piece bread) protein drink, apple
Meal 6 Last meal always protein (steak, chicken, turkey, tuna, baked fish)
TRAINING SPLIT:
Mon Legs, Glutes
Tue Back, Abs
Wed Shoulders
Thurs Arms (Bi, Tri) Abs,
Fri Glutes, Hamstring
Sat Cardio
Sun Rest
Pre-contest training is the same but my intensity levels are higher and I focus on a daily visual needs basis.
Cardio 2 x per day daily during pre-contest. Off season minimum 3 - 4 times week
