3rd Meal Chicken Burrito or Beef Burger

5th Meal Fish, Salad lots of raw veggies
Or cheat meal Barbeque Chicken Pizza (I make sure I have a heavy training day the day after my cheat meal)
CONTEST DIET:
1st Meal 3/4 cup of Oats, 8 eggwhites
2nd Meal 3/4 cup of oats, 8 eggwhites
3rd Meal 5oz chicken breast 99%fat free, ¾ brown rice, 1c green veggiesds
4th Meal 5 oz ground turkey, 1c sweet potatoe, 1 c green veggies, 3 Fish Oil cap.
Postworkout meal 2 scoops of ISOLYZE mixed with water and 4 plain rice cakes,
Or fruit and shake (depends on if I am getting ready for a sprint triathlon)
5th Meal 8 oz. white fish, 2c of green veggies, 3 Fish Oil cap.
6th Meal 2 scoops ISOLYZE, 1 scoop of L-Glutamine mixed in water before bed
