Day 1: Shoulders, calves
Day 2: Quads
Day 3: Back
Day 4: Chest, Arms, Calves
Day 5: Off-Butt training
Day 6: Hamstrings
Day 7: Abs, Calves & cardio
**2 hrs 10 min cardio daily for contest preparation. Off season cardio 1 hr per day five days per week. Also sprints & bleacher runs in off season.
