DAY 1: Chest / calves 

DAY 2: Legs ( emphasis on quads ) , abs

DAY 3: Shoulders / Calves 

DAY 4: Arms - bicpes/triceps/ abs
 
DAY 5: Hamstrings / Calves
 
DAY 6: Back  
 
DAY 7: Off
 
During my contest preparation I usually do 2 hours of low intensity cardio. I keep my training heavy all the way up until the show.
