MUSCLE-BUILDING PHASE

With Breakfast:
1 scoop FIBERLYZE in 4-6oz of water (drink immediately)

Meal #2:
Take 5 pills ARTHROLYZE and 3 pills OMEGALYZE with the meal.

Pre-Workout:
Mix  1-2 scoops of CARBOLYZE, 1-2 scoops of ISOLYZE, and 1 tablespoon of Macadamia Nut Oil in 8-16 ounces (depending on desired consistency) of cold water.

Weight Training Sesssion:
Drink 8-16oz water (alkalinized water is best)

Post-Workout:
Mix  1-2 scoops of CARBOLYZE and 1-2 scoops of ISOLYZE in 8-16 ounces (depending on desired consistency) of cold water.

Meal #5:
Take 5 pills ARTHROLYZE and 3 pills OMEGALYZE with the meal.

Before Bed:
1 scoop FIBERLYZE in 4-6oz of water (drink immediately)


FAT-LOSS PHASE

With Breakfast:
1 scoop FIBERLYZE in 4-6oz of water (drink immediately). 
Take 1 LIPOLYZE with the meal.


Meal #2:
Take 5 pills ARTHROLYZE, 3 pills OMEGALYZE, and 1 LIPOLYZE with the  meal.


Pre-Workout:
Mix  1-2 scoops of ISOLYZE, and 1 tablespoon of Macadamia Nut Oil in 6-10 ounces (depending on desired consistency) of cold water.  
Take 1 LIPOLYZE with the shake.


Weight Training Sesssion:
Drink 8-16oz water (alkalinized water is best)


Post-Workout:
Mix  1-2 scoops of ISOLYZE and 1-2 tablespoons of all natural peanutbutter in 6-10 ounces (depending on desired consistency) of cold water.  
Take 1 LIPOLYZE with the shake.


Meal #5:
Take 5 pills ARTHROLYZE, 3 pills OMEGALYZE, and
1 LIPOLYZE with the meal.


Meal Before Bed:
1 scoop FIBERLYZE in 4-6oz of water (drink immediately). 
Take 3 SOMALYZE with the meal.
