Any returns sent on or before December 5, 2006 will be accepted at the old location. Starting December 6, 2006 any returns not sent to the address above, may not be accepted at SPECIES NUTRITION’s sole discretion. All returns must have a Return Authorization before being accepted.

All sales are FINAL on any promotional items sold on SPECIESNUTRITION.COM. Please make sure that you have read the Return Policy in detail before making any purchases on SPECIES NUTRITION.COM.

RETURN POLICY

SPECIES NUTRITION LLC will accept returns of merchandise purchased directly from SPECIESNUTRITION.COM only when the following conditions are satisfied:

Apparel: To be considered for reimbursement, apparel must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags and labels attached to the item.

Accessories: To be considered for reimbursement, accessories must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags and labels attached to the item in the original packaging.

Dietary Supplements: To be considered for reimbursement, dietary supplements must be unopened and in the original packaging.

Printed products (books, calendars, posters, etc.): To be considered for reimbursement, all printed products and all other items must be unopened and in the original packaging.

Other items: All other items must be unopened and in the original packaging.

All items must be received by SPECIES NUTRITION LLC within 30 days of purchase. In all cases refunds will be made to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

Please note that we do not have the ability to trace your return. Please refer to your carrier of choice for their tracking services. For our convenience we provide you with the UPS customer service website, www.ups.com should you choose them as your carrier.
